ABOUT THE JOB

Flatirons is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and referral growth for our organization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and skilled at scaling marketing campaigns that bring in high-value clients. You’ll be responsible for building and executing marketing strategies starting with a specific focus on our client referral program (which offers referrers a $5k reward for each referred client), digital campaigns, and lead generation. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week remote role, and candidates must be based in Latin America and available to work during U.S. business hours.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Scaling Our Referral Program: Design and promote referral campaigns to increase client participation and generate new business leads. We want everyone in the industry to be aware of our referral program, and expect it to actively drive acquisitions over time.
  • Developing & Executing Marketing Strategies: Build and manage growth campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns: Lead PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing initiatives to attract high-value clients.
  • Analyzing & Optimizing Performance: Use data to measure campaign success, track KPIs, and iterate for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation: Develop materials that enhance campaign effectiveness (blogs, landing pages, social, ads).
 

ABOUT YOU

  • You live in Latin America.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or digital marketing.
  • You have a proven track record of scaling marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
  • You are comfortable managing referral programs, digital ad campaigns, and data analytics.
  • You are experienced in running PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
  • You have excellent English written and verbal communication.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving growth for innovative software solutions.
